The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our location to the destination. Orders are shipped with the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving our location, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Once an item has shipped and is in transit we will try to do everything in our power to ensure delivery, but submitting traces with the USPS.
Once a package is delivered it becomes the customers responsibility as long as we have shipped to the shipping address provided.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered.
